Returns & Refunds Policy

At AVTCTEK, we want you and your family to feel happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 business days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all included parts, accessories, instructions, and original packaging. Reasonable inspection of an item is permitted, but we may not accept products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are missing components.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the following items may not be eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery;
• Items returned without original parts, accessories, or packaging;
• Final-sale, clearance, or promotional items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase;
• Gift cards;
• Orders returned after the applicable return window.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@avtctek.com with the following information:

• Your order number;
• The name and email address used for the order;
• The item(s) you would like to return;
• The reason for the return;
• Photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from our customer-service team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If we sent you an incorrect item, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, AVTCTEK will provide a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or a prepaid return label where appropriate.

Original shipping fees, expedited-shipping fees, taxes, duties, and customs charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 3 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, we may decline the refund or issue a partial refund where permitted by applicable law. We will contact you if this happens.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or pack size, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us before placing a new order so that we can help with the best available solution.

8. Cancellations

We process orders quickly to help ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at support@avtctek.com.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has shipped.
